1. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
○ Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
○ PayPal (this method automatically redirects the user to PayPal’s secure payment page)
○ Direct Bank Deposits (Ideal in the Netherlands, Bancontact in Belgium)
○ Cash on Delivery (Italy only): payment in cash upon delivery. Additional fee: €5.

2. WHEN IS THE PAYMENT CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD?
For payments made by credit card, the amount will be charged only when the order is shipped. Payments made via PayPal or direct deposits are processed in real time at the moment of purchase.
3. ARE ONLINE PURCHASES SAFE?
PINKO uses advanced systems to monitor and verify all transactions made through the website, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts sensitive information to ensure maximum protection.
4. WHAT IS THE CCV/CVC CODE?
The CCV/CVC (Credit Card Verification Code) is a 3- or 4-digit number on the back of the credit card, required to enhance the security of your online transactions.
5. CAN I USE MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS FOR THE SAME ORDER?
Currently, only one payment method can be used per order.
6. WHY DO I SEE TWO CHARGES EVEN THOUGH I PLACED ONLY ONE ORDER?
PINKO guarantees that your card will only be charged once for the total order amount. However, your bank statement may temporarily show two entries: the first is an authorization request sent at the time of order placement, and the second confirms the actual charge to your selected payment method.
7. WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
All transaction amounts and product prices are calculated in the local currency of the shipping country. Prices always include VAT.
8. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?
Please place a new order online or contact us for assistance. In some cases, your bank may request a 5–6 digit alphanumeric authorization code, generated during the transaction. You will need to contact your bank or card provider to obtain this specific authorization code, referencing the date and amount of the transaction.
9. WHAT IS PSD2 (Payment Services Directive)?
Under the new European PSD2 regulations, in force since December 28, 2020, online payments by card are even more secure. During checkout, you may be asked to confirm your identity through 3D Secure authentication. Verification may occur via SMS, email, fingerprint, or facial recognition on your smartphone. We recommend checking with your bank that your contact details are up to date and that your authentication method is active, so you can shop safely and securely.
