Protecting our customers from inauthentic products is a priority for us. In a context where counterfeits and parallel markets are increasingly widespread – especially in the accessories world – we constantly invest in the best technologies to guarantee quality, traceability and safety. Starting with the Spring-Summer 2023 collection, our bags are equipped with a special integrated RFID chip, sewn into the structure during production: a real "digital DNA" that certifies their authenticity. Verifying the authenticity of a PINKO accessory is very simple. Here's how it works:
- Find the chip: It is always located under the Love Birds embroidery on the back. A fuchsia tag on the inside will help you locate it more easily.
- Bring your smartphone closer: frame the stitch with the embroidery (use the top of your iPhone phone, the back if you're using an Android device).
- Open the NFC notification that appears on the screen: a unique code is activated that shows the message "Your bag is authentic!".
- Register: complete the form with yours to officially activate your Love Bag and access exclusive content. Registration is completely secure!
- Discover the Digital Twin: it is the NFT version of your bag, linked to your profile. The Digital Twin is a guarantee of traceability, product identity and access to the "identity card" of the bag. Moreover, it is intrinsically linked to your data: the bag is really yours alone!
