In 2011, during the launch of its new PINKO Uniqueness range, PINKO became one of the pioneers of the “See Now Buy Now” trend. In 2014, in its Milan flagship store in Corso Venezia, PINKO introduced a preview of the Hybrid Shop concept, a high-tech store where customers can enjoy an interactive, modern and exciting shopping experience. The Hybrid Shop, now featured in over 60 PINKO stores worldwide, combines online and traditional shopping through the Store Stylist, a touch-screen stand where customers can flip through the current season’s catalogue ‘virtually’ and view the complete range of products in the collection. The Ready to Wear collection garments and accessories can be purchased directly on the screen and are delivered in just a few days to the specified address. To enhance the customer’s selection experience, photos featuring complete looks provide suggestions on mixing and matching for outfits that reflect the brand’s DNA and the latest.
