RETURNS INFORMATION

1. RETURN PROCEDURE
From the date of delivery, customers have 14 days to request a return, regardless of the reason.
Before shipping the item back, customers must request authorization in the dedicated section of the website.
The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and complete with all original tags and accessories.
It is not possible to return items purchased on www.pinko.com to a physical store.
Each item purchased comes with a special security seal. Once this seal has been removed, the item will no longer be considered eligible for return: only items with the seal still intact will be accepted.
2. RETURN OPTIONS
Return for refund
If the purchased item does not meet the customer’s expectations, they may request a return for a refund.
The return request must be submitted through the dedicated section of the website within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Please note that returns for size and/or colour exchange are not available.
3. RETURN SHIPPING METHODS
For all Italy and EU orders, returns are free of charge.
A pre-printed return label is included inside the package.
To complete the return:
- Follow the online procedure to request authorization,
- Apply the pre-printed label to the outside of the parcel,
- Contact the courier to arrange collection.
The customer must return the goods within 14 days from the date the return authorization was requested.
For all non-EU (Extra-EU) orders, items may be returned at the customer’s expense, using the preferred courier and shipping method.

For returns shipped from outside the EU, any duties or customs clearance charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. REFUND PROCEDURE AND TIMING
Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse, their condition will be checked.
If approved, the refund will be processed within approximately 30 days.
Items returned in a condition deemed unsuitable for resale will not be refunded.
The refund will be automatically issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at the time of the order.
5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the product received is defective, the customer must submit a return request via the “Return Request” section and select “Defective Product” as the reason for return.
For Italy and EU orders, the customer should apply the pre-printed return label to the parcel and contact the courier to arrange collection.
For non-EU (Extra-EU) orders, please send the claim via email to our Customer Care team.
The customer must return the goods within 14 days from the date the return request was submitted.
