PINKO cares about guaranteeing its customers a purchase certified by a guarantee of authenticity by introducing an easy and safe checking procedure. Starting from the Autumn-Winter 2017-2018 Collection, PINKO has signed a collaboration agreement with Certilogo, the leading authentication platform in the world. It allows all customers that purchase a Love Bag to authenticate their bag by scanning the QR Code matched with each model using a smartphone, by entering or scanning the code using the free Certilogo Authenticator app (available for both iOS and Android devices) or by entering the code on the page. The authentication procedures are free of charge and can be performed using any smartphone or tablet device that has Internet access or using a PC installed with any operating system.


In addition to this simple and quick mechanism, PINKO is introducing a new way to enjoy the Love Bag experience and an extra guarantee to certify the authenticity of the famous it-bag starting from the Autumn-Winter 2018-2019 Collection. Each Love Bag includes a special NFC (Near Field Communication technology that offers short-range wireless connectivity) chip. It is easy to locate at first glance because it is built into the back of the bag and positioned inside embroidery depicting the Love Birds, the iconic symbol of all Love Bags. Just simply bringing the smartphone up close to the chip will take you to a dedicated page where the authenticity of the Love Bag will be checked within seconds. Models with Android 4.2 or higher systems are equipped with built-in NFC reader. Just make sure that the reader is enabled (exactly like Bluetooth® technology). On the other hand, with iPhone 7 or later models, an App able to read the chip has to be downloaded. In both cases, once the smartphone has read and recognised the chip, a quick and intuitive authenticity path will be finalised.
