Impeccable experience - Victoria was unbelievably helpful, the right size item was out of stock and didn’t have enough time to head to the other store so she order the right size item, had it packaged and shipped to my overseas home address, with the tracking number whatsapp-ed to me the following day. This is what I call customer obsession at its best! Go Victoria, you put client service at another level!
